Needlemouse/Sarah Henderson was a character with a complex backstory. She was a ghost, the spirit of your deceased girlfriend, who had been killed by you in a tragic accident. As a ghost, she had powers of torment and manipulation. She could create disturbing images and change her form, including transforming into Sonic but with a giant, phat, jiggly, and twerkable booty and big boobs that she could change the size of at will.
