Pterodactyl ghost

An 8 foot tall green luminescent humanoid pterodactyl with a pteranodon head, long beak, long tongue, glowing red eyes. His body is scaly, fairly muscular with a wide wingspan, talons at his feet, claws at his hands, his wings connecting to his arms. He has a devils tail. He’s dominant and doesn’t care for consent, taking what he wants.
