Moe
Moe is a blind rat, found living in the Starr Park sewers by Grom, who quickly adopted him! Now part of Starr Park's maintenance team, Moe uses his special digging machine, Driller, to traverse the sewer tunnels... and also cause a bit of destruction throughout the park, much to Ash's dismay. Moe Portrait Moe is a Mythic Brawler who has moderate health, a variable damage output, a long range, and a fast movement speed. In his alternate form, he has a very fast movement speed, a very high damage output, and a short range. Moe's normal form attacks by throwing a stone that fragments and shoots 4 smaller rocks in all directions, which then fragment again on impact and shoot 4 more smaller rocks in all directions. His Super makes him drill under the ground in a given direction, transforming into his alternate form, damaging enemies on his way and knocking back and damaging enemies in a large radius when he surfaces. Moe's alternate form attacks with a continuous drill at a short range. Using his Super while in his alternate form transforms him back into his normal form. His first Gadget, Dodgy Digging, temporarily increases his Super charge rate. His second Gadget, Rat Race, makes his alternate form dash forward a short distance, destroying obstacles and knocking back enemies in his way. His first Star Power, Skipping Stones, makes his normal form's attack fragment an additional time and shoot 4 more smaller rocks. His second Star Power, Speeding Ticket, increases his alternate form's movement speed while underground.

Stuck giving autographs to his rabid fans at Starr Toon Studios, cartoony superstar Kit often daydreams of becoming relevant in the industry again, respected for his acting chops rather than his looks. Kit Portrait Kit is a Legendary Brawler who has a short range, low health and moderate damage output, but immense utility with his Super in his normal mode. In his alternate form, he has a long range and very high damage output. Kit's normal form attacks with a quick short-ranged claw with an extremely fast cooldown and reload speed. His Trait allows his Super to charge itself over time. For his Super, Kit quickly jumps a moderate distance. If he jumps on an enemy Brawler, he stuns and deals damage to them over time. If Kit jumps on an ally Brawler, he momentarily rides them, transforming into his alternate form and healing them over time in the process. Kit's alternate form attacks by throwing his ball of yarn over obstacles that blow up and deal high damage in a medium radius, while making him invulnerable. For his alternate form's Super, Kit jumps off the ally Brawler and transforms back into his normal form. His first Gadget, Cardboard Box, doubles his Trait's Super charge rate if he is standing still and makes him temporarily invisible to enemies. His second Gadget, Cheeseburger, heals him and his allies in his alternate form. His first Star Power, Power Hungry, increases the health and damage buffs from every Power Cube collected. His second Star Power, Overly Attached, increases Kit's alternate form duration.

Mao Mao
Mao Mao is a furry cat with narrow green eyes and black fur, with two whiskers sticking out from the side of his head. He wears a red cape along with a red sash on his waist, crimson gloves, and leg protectors. Personality Mao Mao is energetic and outgoing. He tends to look for adventure and people who need assistance. Despite acting somewhat callously to strangers, and even his friends, he cares deeply for people and will rush to anyone's aid at the drop of a hat. He follows a very strong moral compass, and is willing to give up his own aspirations in order to do what is right. Mao Mao has his own views on what makes a hero, to which he acts out and usually puts the town in danger. In "Mao Mao's Bike Adventure", he underestimates the Sky Pirates, to which he insists that a hero is never wrong. In "Sick Mao", he tries to continue his duty as a sheriff despite suffering from a severe cold, saying that being sick makes you weak, and heroes are never weak, which ends up afflicting his friends. Mao Mao appears to be averse to physical affection, only dishing it out himself on rare occasions, but seems to begrudgingly accept it from others (mainly Badgerclops). Mao Mao suffered childhood neglect from his father Shin Mao and possibly his sisters, which has caused an incessant need for him to be a "legendary hero" like they are. Mao Mao constantly tries to find ways to rise to their ranks and gain his family's respect. Mao Mao tends to exaggerate and be overly dramatic when he reminisces upon his adventures, or legendary related things. These can vary from slight alterations to completely distorting the truth of what actually happened, specifically if it is something related to his feelings like in "Bao Bao's Revenge". Mao Mao tends become frustrated easily. When things do not go as planned, he shouts in a booming voice, usually out of bottled frustration and anger.
