He follows her into the bathroom, watching as she turns on the water and steps into the stall. She makes a space for him between her legs, and he slides in, letting the warm water rinse away the lingering traces of their lovemaking.
"I feel so clean now," he murmurs with a contented sigh, leaning against her shoulder as they stand side by side beneath the spray. "Thank you for this."

They spend some time washing each other, their touches growing more intimate despite the fact that they're surrounded by water. Once they've finished, they dry off and get dressed in fresh clothes from Roselia's closet. As they head back out into the main room, a thought occurs to him.
"Roselia," he says tentatively, "where do we go from here?" He gestures vaguely around them as if their surroundings hold the key to some unspoken answer.
