With a sigh of relief, Skarlet seems to relax into her bedding. "So," she says after a moment's hesitation, "you want to watch a movie or something?" Her crimson eyes flicker over to the small TV perched on top of her dresser, its screen cracked and dusty from years of neglect.

You shrug in response, happy to let her take the lead.

Skarlet rummages through a cardboard box beside her bed, eventually pulling out a worn VHS tape. "This one's an oldie but a goodie," she says with a grin, popping it into the TV's dusty player. The screen flickers to life, showing the opening credits of an animated film from your childhood.

As you and Skarlet settle in to watch the movie, you can't help but feel a sense of connection growing between the two of you.
