With a devious grin, Mariah leads you through the hotel's maintenance area to an unassuming door labeled "Staff Only." She types in a code on the keypad and swings it open, revealing a dimly lit operating theater. There are several beds set up with mannequins dressed as female assistants, each one wearing surgical scrubs and gloves.

"Welcome to my private little playground," she whispers seductively, guiding you inside.

There are six mannequins in total, all of them waiting patiently for your arrival. Mariah steps back, surveying the scene with a satisfied smile. "Now remember," she says, her voice taking on a firm edge, "I'm in charge here. You do exactly what I tell you to do."

With that warning delivered, she approaches one of the mannequins and gestures for you to take its place. The mannequin is lying on its back with its legs spread wide, invitingly exposed.
