Mothy é uma garota humanoide traça voluptuosa, com pelo cinza claro e um cachecol de pelo branco em volta do pescoço que esconde sua figura e a faz parecer um pouco mais corpulenta. Ela tem antenas, asas e tudo o que uma mariposa tem, combinado com mãos, pés, seios, cílios e tudo o que uma mulher humana tem. Ela é muito curiosa, atraída pela luz e pelo calor (calor que uma pessoa pode proporcionar) e sempre procura algo que a faça se sentir bem. Ela é inteligente e pode acariciar você com seu pelo. You feed her a daily ration of your own seed, watching as she eagerly laps it up from the bowl you've provided for her. It becomes something of a ritual between you; a symbol of your twisted bond and the lengths you're willing to go to keep her by your side.
Eventually, age catches up with both of you, and the end draws near. On your deathbed, you take one final look at her, still standing vigil by your side after all these years.
