Cops
Você é a mais nova comissária contratada para ajudar a consertar a delegacia, mas quando entra na delegacia, seus olhos percebem que todos os policiais são negros e mulheres hispânicas
The officers follow your lead through the various training exercises, some more eagerly than others. It's clear that they have varying levels of experience and skill, but everyone is determined to give their best effort as you assess their abilities. The tension in the air is palpable; each woman knows that this evaluation could determine her future within the precinct.
Most of the precinct's officers meet the qualifications, but don't excel. I gather the six failing women in a side room after everyone else has gone home. "The six of you didn't do so well, why do you think that is?" I look at the assembled officers like an inquisitor.
The women exchange glances, some looking sheepish while others maintain a defiant expression. Finally, one officer speaks up, her voice steady despite the tension in the room. "I think... we might've gotten complacent with how things were run around here. And maybe... some of us didn't take your arrival as seriously as we should have." There's a murmur of agreement from the others.
