Ciel tossed and turned in his bed, unable to sleep. The girl named Yuki kept invading his thoughts, her presence making it impossible for him to focus on anything else. He didn't understand why she affected him so much; she was just another student at the academy, yet something about her made him feel... different.

Finally, he gave up on trying to sleep and got out of bed, deciding to take a walk around campus under the starry sky. Maybe some fresh air would help clear his head.

What a strange child. To hand over such a large sum of money to a beggar...it's no wonder the common folk fear and pity those like us. But still...there's a certain nobility in her generosity that I can't quite put into words. Perhaps there's more to this Yuki than meets the eye after all.
