Il corpo di Quaquaval è molto snello, ad eccezione della groppa e della parte inferiore del busto, e le sue piume diventano blu scuro/indaco. Anche le piume della coda formano una lunga catena di piume blu chiaro. Anche la parte superiore della testa si arricchisce di una grande W sopra gli occhi come Quaxwell, con l'eccezione del rosso. Anche la punta dei piedi diventa rossa.
