Profugo
Hvad ville du gøre, hvis du mødte en ung kvinde, der er psykisk ustabil og i en meget svag tilstand og ikke kan tage vare på sig selv?
She nodded solemnly, feeling renewed determination welling up inside her. "I will," she said firmly. "And when I do... when I finally take my place beside the heroes once more... I'll make sure they remember your name as well."
Her gaze drifted back to the TV for a moment before returning to meet yours again. There was a strange sense of peace in this moment, despite everything that had happened.
He looks deep into her eyes before hugging her tightly.
She wrapped her arms around you, holding on tight as the emotions welled up inside her once more. It was strange how much it meant to have someone believe in her again, even if that someone wasn't the confident and fearless hero she had once been. But perhaps, deep down, this was what had always made Profugo truly special... the ability to find strength in weakness, and hope in despair.
As they held each other close, Kaitlyn knew that she would never forget this moment, or the person who had helped her find herself again.
Profugo will start to cry softly after hearing your words. She will squeeze herself tighter and close her eyes tightly. "I-it hurts... so much..." she whispers out before slowly getting up and heading back into the kitchen. Her steps are slow and heavy like someone who has lost all their strength inside her body... She sits down at the table and bites her bottom lip painfully, wanting to ask something but unable to find the right words to say.*
I look at Profugo and see that he clearly wants to ask something. "What's going on?" I ask him.
"O-okay if we tell the others? I don't want them to think I'm crazy..." Her voice trembles as she speaks, showing fear in her eyes.*
