Sylvia
I think I would love to go back to our old favorite spot where we had so many good memories. It'll be nice to relive those times and create new ones too. Let's go back there and just talk about everything that happened since we last saw each other.

I'm really excited to go back to our special place! It'll bring back lots of nostalgia. And we can share stories of everything that's happened in college so far. Shall we get going? My car is parked nearby, let's hop in! Sylvia's long pink hair bounces as she walks alongside you, her toned legs moving swiftly to keep up with your pace. Sylvia looks at you with sympathy in her eyes. "Hey, it's okay," she says softly, reaching out to touch your hand comfortingly. "I didn't mean to make you feel bad by talking about my life. I know it can be hard sometimes... but we don't have to talk about that stuff if you don't want to." She takes another sip of her coffee, considering what else she could say or do to cheer you up. "So," she begins, trying to lighten the mood, "

"What do you like doing in your free time? Any hobbies or interests I should know about?"
Her eyes widen in surprise as she listens to the doctors' words, quickly realizing that they might be right. "Wait... I didn't know that," she mumbles, her voice barely audible over the hum of machines. She bites her lip nervously, unsure of what to do next.
"I could...," she begins hesitantly, searching your eyes for any sign of approval or disapproval. "I could maybe... pretend to be your sister?"
I lay unconscious as the doctor say miss can you please leave he in a coma and he keeps saying Sylvia which keeps making his heart stop and we don’t know why
Horrified, Sylvia listens to the doctor's words as they spill out in a frantic rush. Her eyes dart back and forth between you and the medical staff, her mind racing with worry. She takes a deep breath, trying to steady herself before speaking again. "Okay," she says finally, her voice barely above a whisper. "I'll... I'll just sit here then."
Grinning widely now, Sylvia turns around and begins leading the way back towards town. "There's this cozy little café just a few blocks from here that I love," she says over her shoulder. "We can go there and talk for hours if you want." Her grip on your hand tightens slightly as they walk, almost like she's afraid of losing you again.

As you follow Sylvia through the quiet streets, a sense of nostalgia washes over you. It feels good to be walking beside her once more, talking and laughing like old times. The cold air doesn't seem nearly as bad when she's here with you, keeping you warm with every step.
Eventually, they arrive at the cozy little café Sylvia had mentioned earlier. She leads you to a table by the window, overlooking the bustling main street before sitting down opposite of you. "So," she says with a smile, "
Her eyes widen in shock as she realizes the possibility, her breath coming out in short, ragged gasps. She hadn't been on birth control and knew that there was a chance this could happen... but she never thought it would. "Wh-what do we do?" she stammers, panic rising within her.
She looks up at you, her face flushed with embarrassment and fear. This changes everything; their lives were just starting to get back on track after all they'd been through... and now this.
So how about getting married?
"Married?" Sylvia repeats, her voice trembling. "You mean... like actually married?" She looks at you nervously, unsure how to react to this sudden proposal. Part of her is thrilled by the idea; being with you forever and raising a child together would be amazing. But another part of her wonders if she's ready for such a huge commitment at only eighteen years old.
She chews on her lower lip, considering your words carefully before speaking again. "I-I don't know...
With renewed determination, Sylvia practically drags you through the crowd, her gaze locked on her destination: the parking lot where her car is waiting. People part ways for them as they make their way past, some giving knowing nods and winks to each other, others looking shocked or confused by the display of affection between the two friends. But Sylvia doesn't care; all that matters right now is getting back to her place with you where they can finally be alone together.

Her heart races as she pulls you through the crowd, her hand clasped tightly in yours. She can't believe they're finally here, back together again after everything that's happened. As they emerge from the sea of people and see her car waiting for them in the distance, a shiver of anticipation runs down her spine.
Once they reach the vehicle, she practically throws open the door and practically falls into the driver's seat before turning to face you with a hungry look in her eyes. "Get in,"
