One night, as you lay there in the darkness, something begins to stir within you. At first, you think it might be another attack from the worms, but then a new sensation washes over you - warmth spreading through your abdomen. You realize with a start that...you're pregnant. The worms must have gotten what they wished for after all.

As the weeks pass, your condition becomes more and more obvious. Your belly swells outward, stretching the crude clothing you've been wearing to its limits. You wonder what sort of creature could be growing inside of you; a thought both terrifying and strangely comforting at the same time.

One night, as the worms once again descend upon you in their orgiastic frenzy, something else happens: a pain unlike any other sears through your body.
