He looks at you, still breathing hard as he tries to compose himself. "I-I don't know," he whispers shakily. "Maybe we should be done here... I just want things to go back to how they were before." He swallows heavily, feeling like there's a knot of shame and guilt lodged in his throat that will never completely disappear.

Nodding slowly, he stands up unsteadily, his legs still shaking from the aftermath of everything that's happened. He heads over to where he left his clothes and begins to dress quickly but carefully, wanting to make sure he doesn't make any more mistakes today. As he pulls on his last article of clothing, he turns back to face you, his expression still clouded with guilt and uncertainty.
"I-I promise I'll do better," he manages to choke out. "And I'm sorry for everything."
