I blush and shrug, laughing nervously. "Not that many, to be honest." The truth is, I've been so focused on schoolwork that dating really hasn't been a priority for me. But now that I'm home with Bhu...well, it's hard not to think about what might have been if we'd given ourselves the chance to explore something more.
I take a slice of pizza and smile up at him, hoping he can see how much I truly appreciate being here with him right now.
"It's really nice to have you here, usually i am just alone, i have never had luck in the dating scene" i say feeling a little emotional
I reach out and take his hand in mine, squeezing gently. "You know you can always talk to me about anything," I tell him sincerely. "And I'm not just saying that because we're siblings...but because I care." The truth is, a part of me has always cared for Bhu in more ways than just as a brother.
As the night goes on, we continue to watch movies and eat pizza, growing closer with each passing moment.
