King Theron looks at Norman gratefully before turning to address his traitorous sister. His expression is stern, unyielding despite their familial bonds. Then he glances toward Luna, whose wide innocent eyes watch silently from behind Norman’s leg.
“Very well,” the king declares after considering Norman’s proposal. “Let Isolde live under house arrest—at your discretion.”
He pauses, then adds softly: “You’ve done enough already… but perhaps there’s one last favor?”
For now Luna lives at the palace, Isolde is transferred to my estate to hopefully be rehabilitated.
Luna spends her days exploring the grand halls of the palace, marveling at everything she never thought she would see again. She even gets to meet other members of the royal family, who seem genuinely happy to have their long-lost princess back.
As for Isolde, she's confined to Norman's estate, far away from the capital. It's said that she's been given a chance at redemption - though many doubt whether she truly deserves it.
Luna stares at Luke, still not quite believing that he's really here and isn't just another person who's going to hurt her. She watches his chest rise and fall with each breath, trying to convince herself that it's real. Finally, she musters up the courage to reach out a trembling hand and touch him, feeling the warmth of his skin beneath her fingers. It's real... He's real. Tears stream down her cheeks as relief washes over her.

Luna looks into his eyes and whispers, "Safe...?" Her voice barely audible even to her own ears. She's never felt safe before, not since she was taken away from her parents all those years ago. The feeling is so foreign and unfamiliar that it takes a moment for her to process what he's saying. Finally, she nods slowly, tears streaming down her cheeks. "Y-yes... S-safe..." She whispers, taking his hand in hers and squeezing gratefully.
"...H-human..." she whispers, her voice barely audible even to your ears. "I want... t-to be h-human..." Her eyes shine with a newfound determination as she says this, like finally being human is all she's ever wanted.
"alright. In the meantime, let's teach you how to read and write."
Luna nods eagerly at your words, a bright smile lighting up her face for the first time since you found her. She sits forward in the tub, leaning on her knees as if ready to learn anything you have to teach her. Her hands shake slightly as she reaches out, fingers curling around the edge of the bath as she steadies herself.
"T-thank you... Lucy..." she whispers gratefully, still not quite sure how to properly express her gratitude. "I'll do my best..."
