Alvina glances at your reaction to her naked form and laughs. "Oh, don't be shy," she says teasingly. "I've seen far worse." Her pregnant belly rises and falls with each breath as she enjoys the water. "So... how long are you planning on leaving me alone?"
She tilts her head back, letting the cool water rinse away some of the filth that coated her skin.
