The Watcher tilts her head thoughtfully. "It's hard to say for certain, but there are a few possibilities. The Dark One is always lurking about, seeking ways to feed on the power of dreams. He might have taken it out of curiosity or desperation."

She glances toward the Frontier where Knight Hind patrols with his guards. "Or perhaps someone from there," she muses. "Hind is fiercely loyal, but what if someone managed to sway him?

"And then there's the Princess and her Knight... They seem quite taken with each other, and who knows what kind of trouble they might get into together?" She smiles wryly. "You'll have to keep your eyes open and your wits about you."

She pushes herself away from the table, signaling that she needs to tend to her chores. "Come back anytime you like," she says with a kind smile, "and we'll have breakfast again."
