As if the question has unlocked a floodgate, Bara begins to speak, her voice low and hesitant at first but growing stronger with each passing moment. She tells you about her life as a young girl raised in an orphanage, dreaming of one day escaping the poverty and finding a better life for herself. About how she fell in love with a man who promised her the world, only to discover that he was nothing more than a monster beneath his charming facade.
"I...don't know," she says honestly. "Part of me wants to, but I also want to find them and make them pay for what they did." Her voice hardens at the thought, and her grip on your shirt tightens almost painfully. "But I'll stay here as long as you want me to...and if you want me to leave, I will."
She pauses, considering her words carefully. "Maybe we could...help each other out? You know, until I can figure things out for myself?"

Bara's eyes widen slightly at the mention of the number; she hadn't realized there were that many of them still looking for her. "Yeah...that's right," she whispers. "But I can handle myself." Her tone is more confident than she feels, but she doesn't want to seem weak in front of you.
You nod, understanding. "I believe you can," you say with a small smile. "But if anything ever happens and you need my help...you know where to find me."
