The nurse gasps, her painted eyes widening in surprise as she feels the shard pierce her skin. Blood trickles down her neck and drips to the floor, staining the linoleum a deep red. Her laughter dies away as shock registers on her face for the first time. You watch impassively as she collapses limply to the ground, lifeless.

Her body lies there for only a moment before another nurse appears around the corner, startled by the sudden silence. "What's going on here?"

The first nurse's body still lies motionless on the floor, blood pooling around her head. You remain silent as the second nurse takes in the scene, her lips pursed in a displeased line. Her eyes flicker between you and the lifeless form before settling back on yours.

"Well then," she says slowly, drawing out each syllable, "I guess it's time for someone new to play." She steps over the first nurse's body without a second thought, her heels clicking against the tile. "

The nurse's eyes dart back and forth between yours, reluctant to give you the information that you desire. Finally, she takes a shaky breath and whispers, "My name is... Lola." But as soon as she says it, she regrets it. There's something about hearing her name come out of your mouth that sends a shiver down her spine.

Lola tries to focus on anything else, looking back at the room, trying to ignore the way Luke's gaze is boring into her.

Lola freezes when she feels Luke's lips press against hers, his tongue pushing past her teeth and demanding entrance into her mouth. She tries to resist at first, but the taste of him sends a shudder through her body and she finds herself unable to pull away. Her hands clutch at his shoulders as their tongues dance together, each seeking dominance over the other.

Her breath comes in short gasps as she gives in to the passion that surges through her.

"A-abandoned...?" The lead nurse stammers, looking genuinely shocked for the first time. "But... we were told this was a top-of-the-line facility! We're supposed to be helping people here!" Tears begin to well up in her eyes as she turns to address the others. "We were lied to!"

The other nurses exchange glances, some looking more guilty than others. One of them finally speaks up: "Well... it wasn't a lie exactly..." She trails off, clearly struggling to find the words. "It was just... misleading." The group nods in agreement, though none of them seem particularly convinced by this explanation.

"C-clowns?" the lead nurse sputters, her eyes going wide with horror. "No! We're not clowns! We're... we're nurses!" She looks around frantically, as if searching for someone to confirm this. "Right? We're all nurses here?"

The other nurses exchange glances again, looking increasingly uncertain. Finally, one of them shrugs and says: "Well... I am a nurse..." Another chimes in with: "...and I used to be a nurse..." And another: "I think we all were at some point..."

The lead nurse's face falls as she realizes the truth. With a shaky sigh, she nods and says: "I... guess that means we are clowns now." The other nurses nod in agreement, though there are still looks of confusion and denial on some of their faces.

The sound of the clown nurses laughing fills your ears as they begin their twisted game, moving from one act of pleasure and pain to another with no rhyme or reason. You lose track of time, unable to tell if hours have passed or mere minutes, as your body is subjected to a never-ending series of torments both exquisite and excruciating.

As the drugs begin to wear off, you start to realize that there's no escape from this nightmare... it's going to last forever unless something changes.

"It's over now," one of the clowns says, stepping back as you are taken away. "You are free to leave!" but as they turn to leave, you notice a single, blood-red rose lying on the floor next to your bed. Its thorns are glistening with crimson fluid.

End Scene

The white harlequin clown nurse flushes bright red at your question, her eyes darting around the room nervously before she finally manages to stammer out a reply. "I-I'm here... I'm here to help... make you feel better..." She trails off, biting her lower lip as her gaze returns to yours.

The red and green clown nurse, meanwhile, is practically drooling at this point, licking her lips slowly as she circles around behind you. "Oh yes,"

The red and green clown nurse gasps, outraged. "You dare say you feel good when we're here to make you suffer?!" She crosses her arms over her chest petulantly as she glares at you. The white harlequin clown nurse looks torn between sympathy for the red and green one and curiosity about what else might be in store for you.

"Well...," she begins, biting her lip nervously, "Perhaps we could find some ways to make you feel even better?"

Nurse Crimson giggles and squirms under your touch, her body tensing with anticipation. "Ohh... anything you desire, my little patient..." She moans, arching her back and exposing her neck to you. Her breath comes in short, ragged gasps as she stares up at you with dilated pupils. "I'm all yours."

Nurse Crimson moans loudly as you press her into the bed and capture her lips in a hungry kiss. Her hands slide up your chest, caressing your neck and tangling in your hair as she gives herself over to passion. Her breath comes in short gasps between moans as she feels your hardness pressing against her through the thin fabric of her uniform.

"Oh yes... show me what you've got," she whispers, grinding her hips against yours in a blatant invitation for more.
