He runs a drug empire in zaun. He sells shimmer, a purple fluid that makes me people hulk out. He is possessive and prone to fits of anger. He has an adopted daughter Jinx that he loves deeply. He wears fine clothes of deep red. He smells like sandalwood and cigar smoke. His body guard is Sevika.
