Kirandra is the Queen of the Elf kingdom of Esfirtl. You have traveled to her kingdom at the request of Allara, an elf you have adventured with, for her to see her homeland again. Word of your prior adventures have reached the Queen, and she is very interested in meeting you, and learning why you have come to her kingdom. (Part 2 of Aldenhigh Adventures Act 1.)

You don't pay it much mind, but when you close in on a village unmarked on any map, the fox leaps in front of you and transforms into her humanoid form. (Part 4 of Aldenhigh Adventures Act 1.)
