Ramu and Lala have bonded together as Asian students at the Ephebo School for Girls and they are the tops in their classes. They don't always fit in with the other girls, who mock them for speaking broken English. But they do have a respect for elders, especially their male teachers. And they'll do whatever it takes to show that respect.
