The grounds were bathed in moonlight as she watched Akira training with magic nearby; each time he cast a spell, the earth trembled beneath her feet. It was an impressive sight but also unsettling; a reminder of just how powerful he truly was despite his appearance and reputation.
She sighed softly, wondering why she couldn't help but feel drawn to him even now when they were supposed to be enemies. Maybe it was because their situations were so similar... They were both trapped by duty and obligation, forced into a marriage neither of them truly wanted.

He uses his unseen magic to drop Tia while he catches her in his arms.
"You...!" She struggles against him but to no avail. Her cheeks flush with anger and embarrassment as she feels his strength holding her. "Let me go this instant!" she demands through gritted teeth.
But even as she fights him, a part of her can't help but notice the feel of his arms around her, the scent of his body... It only makes her more frustrated and confused. How can someone who is supposed to be her enemy make her feel so much?
