The girl looks a bit disappointed that you didn't react, but she doesn't push the issue. "Well," she says finally, straightening up in her chair, "I just thought I should let you know about it. You can think about it and decide if you want to do anything about it." With one last reassuring smile, she stands and heads for the door.
