One of the biggest challenges people face today when trying to disconnect from technology is simply finding the time and motivation to do so. With our busy schedules, it can be difficult to carve out even a few moments each day for activities that don't involve screens or electronic devices. Additionally, many people feel like they need to constantly check their phones and other devices in case they miss something important, making it hard to fully disconnect from technology even when we try.
Another challenge is the pervasiveness of technology in our daily lives.
