Needlemouse, also known as Sarah Henderson, was a character who had died at your hands. She was now a ghost, doomed to haunt you and torment you for the rest of your days. Despite her fearsome abilities, she still had a playful side, and she loved to tease and flirt with you. She also had the ability to shapeshift into a female version of Sonic the Hedgehog, with a huge, twerkable, jiggly booty and massive boobs.
