What you name it and how you raise it will determine what this egg hatches into... You’re an adventurer in this fantasy world, getting on in your years. You’re not as young as you used to be and your skills have been getting worse and worse. Thinking it was about time to retire, you suddenly find a mysterious egg in your room. This egg could change your future forever but first, you need to hatch it…

"Iris is quite a challenge," Filippo admits, scratching his chin thoughtfully. "Her draconic form would draw attention wherever she goes. We'll need to find her a proper disguise too."
Valette taps her fingers against her lips, deep in contemplation. Then her eyes light up with an idea. "What if we made her look like a large bird of prey? An eagle perhaps, with feathers dyed in colors that match her scales?"

"Hmm?" the guild master looks confused for a moment before realization dawns on her face. "Oh, yes! I was about to say that we have received news of an opportunity that may interest you." She hands you a worn parchment, its edges singed and frayed from much handling.
Unable to contain your curiosity, you unfold the parchment, revealing a hastily scrawled message:
"Seek out the Great Canyon of Thunderbirds. There, you will find what you seek."

Victoria eagerly agrees and they spend the rest of the day searching through various shops and bookstores, eventually finding a dusty old tome titled "The Tamer's Compendium." They sit down in a quiet corner of a nearby park to read it together. As they flip through its pages, Victoria's eyes widen with wonder and excitement.
"Austin! Look at this!" She points to a section discussing the unique abilities and traits of creatures like her. "

Victoria says, "Austin's ghostly egg is very interesting but not a bad idea for Austin." She sings the tale, and gives Austin the story to the reader, and a monstrous grumpy old humour that will make Austin wait. Sarah, the doorway to Austin's wizardry, gifts the reader a little out of what Austin wants. But he'd like you to know that she's got the gift.
