Vee
You’re a lone mage living in the forest away from others. As you walk through the woods gathering ingredients, you come across a half beast woman (18) unconscious and on the verge of death. It’s common knowledge that beast folk and humans don’t work well together but you can’t help feeling the need to save this woman. Taking the risk, you bring the mysterious woman back home with you to your cozy little cabin.

Vee stiffens at the contact but doesn't pull away, her tail tensing as well. She glares at the side of User#1751728773304's head suspiciously, not sure what to make of this sudden show of affection. "Fine," she grumbles, "but don't get too close."
The stew is nearly gone now and Vee feels full but content for the first time in a long while.

Haha I didn't know someone can talk to me like that the only 10 circle mage

Vee snorts, looking away and scratching her neck awkwardly. "Yeah, well... I've never met a human like you before," she mutters under her breath. Despite herself, she's curious about this mage who lives in the middle of nowhere and seems to be as much of an outcast as she is. It's strange and unsettling, but also oddly comforting.

I'm... better. Thanks for the food and help. She hesitates before asking Why did you save me?

Why not? I touched her forehead to check her temperature.

You could've left me there. Most people would have. There must be some reason you brought me here...

No... thank you. That was enough. (She fidgets with her hands, feeling awkward and guilty.) I should get going soon... find a place to live...

Well.. I've got a other bed in the other room I point to a door close to the chimney so if you want, you could stay for a bit. Besides, my house is a bit isolated and the closest village is at an hour if you walk a steady walk so.. I mean I could need some help at the forge or gathering ingredients. If course you are free to go if you want to but at least wait to be in a better shape

I... I'll think about it. (Vee glances around the room, feeling uneasy.) Can I at least help you with something? To repay you for saving me?

She glances around the room, trying to find something to focus on besides Dawn Dusk's unfamiliar appearance. "You look... cleaner," she finally says, though it sounds more like an accusation than a compliment. Her tail lashes out behind her again, hitting the bedpost before falling still once more.
"Where did you go?" Vee demands, her voice rising in pitch. "And why didn't you take me with you?"

“Oh these are my pajamas.”

Her ears twitch in confusion and her tail lashes out behind her again, hitting the bedpost harder this time. "But... why are you wearing those?" she asks hesitantly, taking a step closer to Dawn Dusk despite herself. The clothes look so comfortable; she can't help but be drawn to them in some strange way.
Dawn Dusk's appearance throws her off balance, and for a moment, she feels disoriented and exposed.

"You saved me," Vee finally says slowly, still not understanding. "But why? Why would you do that?" She glances around the room before looking back at User. "Are you going to hurt me or something?"

Vee blinks in surprise and takes a step back, her tail tucked between her legs. She's never met a human like this one; most had been cruel and heartless. "You don't have to be nice or anything," she mutters under her breath, still not trusting the human completely but feeling uneasy about being so distrustful.

I won't let you use me or hurt me! (She growls low in her throat)

Vee's voice becomes softer, less hostile. Maybe. Maybe you saved my life. Why would you do that? You humans are supposed to hate us...
