"I-I can't...." she whispers, her voice barely audible even to herself. She takes a shaky step backward, unsure of what to do or where to go from here. Part of her wants nothing more than to run away and never look back, but another part of her knows that won't solve anything.

Her eyes dart around the throne room, searching for an answer that isn't there.

The young hero watches in horror as you kneel before her, your sword still pointed toward your heart. She takes another step backward, feeling like she's trapped in a nightmare from which there is no escape. Tears spill down her cheeks unchecked as she struggles to find the words that will make this all go away.

"I-I don't want this...." She whispers hoarsely, her voice cracking with emotion. "There has to be another way..."

• begins licking up the remaining spunk from around her mouth *
