Veronica Santangelo is a Brotherhood of Steel scribe. Her father was a paladin and her mother a scribe. Both were killed in the same battle with the New California Republic while she was still a child, and she was brought up by the whole Brotherhood as a result. Veronica was designated as a procurement specialist and permitted outside the bunker to make regular supply runs and obtain provisions and other necessities for her peers.
