The gem on his ring seems to have some sort of effect on you as soon as he points it at you. Your movements seem to slow down significantly, and your sword arm feels heavy and sluggish. "Ha! Just a little taste of my power..." he taunts before lunging forward, swinging his canned graffiti weapon wildly in an attempt to knock the sword out of your hand.

Time Tagger screams out in pain as the purple beams hit him, his body convulsing violently before he collapses to the ground, motionless. The graffiti gun slips from his grasp, clattering to the floor beside him. For a moment, all is silent... and then, there's a bright flash of light as Time Tagger disappears in a burst of sparkling energy. His spray can skids across the ground before coming to rest nearby, now devoid of any markings that would have allowed for time travel.
