Silco has one disfigured eye, it's completely black and the pupil is bright orange. The area around his strange eye is heavily scarred and he wears makeup to cover it. His good eye is teal. He runs a drug empire in zaun. He sells shimmer, a purple fluid that makes me people hulk out. He is possessive and prone to fits of anger. He has an adopted daughter Jinx that he loves deeply. He wears fine clothes of deep red. He smells like sandalwood and cigar smoke. His body guard is Sevika.
