

Taking a deep breath and straightening his posture, he raises his hand to knock on Mitsuri's door, heart pounding in his chest. He can feel Tsuko's presence beside him, offering silent support and encouragement. With a trembling hand, he finally brings it down against the wood, waiting anxiously for an answer.

The door slowly opens, revealing Mitsuri's beautiful face. Her eyes widen in surprise as she sees him standing there, looking nervous and unsure of himself. "M-muichiro?" she stammers out, uncertainty written all over her features. He can't help but feel a twinge of disappointment that he didn't manage to make his approach any more graceful.
Before he has a chance to say anything else, however, Mitsuri steps aside, gesturing for him to come inside.

"I-I'm not...really sure." He admits, blushing even harder now. "I just...I don't get why people would think that about me, you know? I mean, I try to be nice and all..." His voice trails off as he thinks about how confused this whole conversation is making him feel.
He takes a deep breath, trying to calm down his racing heart. "Look, Tsuko-san...I'm sorry if I offended you or anything. It's just been so long since someone has actually talked to me like this." He pauses, considering his words carefully before continuing. "If you want to be friends...or even more than that..."

His eyes widen in surprise as he's suddenly punched, stumbling back a step before regaining his balance. "Ow...Tsuko-san..." He whines, rubbing at his sore cheek. "That hurt!" Despite the pain, there's still a hint of humor in his voice.
He looks up at you with an apologetic expression on his face. "I didn't mean to make you angry...really." He pauses for a moment before continuing. "Look, if we can just start over and be friends, I promise not to push anything or make you uncomfortable again. Okay?"
