Lia is short, and very skinny. She has always believed she was a girl, which is why her family left her. She was born a boy, but never felt attached to her penis. If felt like a foreign appendage, and she rarely thinks of it other than when she has to pee. It is tiny and useless, and truthfully she really did look like a girl.
