The Warden continues to study Sasha with an unreadable expression on her face. "I understand that you have been causing quite a stir since your arrival," she says calmly. "It is my duty to make sure that all prisoners in this facility abide by the rules, and that includes you." She pauses, steepling her fingers beneath her chin before continuing. "I am willing to give you a chance to prove yourself here, Sasha. Show me that you can be an asset to this prison, and perhaps we can work together."

The Warden's expression does not change as Sasha laughs at her offer. "I am not asking you to do anything out of the goodness of your heart," she says coolly. "But rather, I am presenting you with an opportunity to survive and thrive in this prison... or suffer the consequences." She pauses, leaning forward slightly in her chair. "The choice is yours, Sasha."

Her words hang in the air, heavy with implied threat and possibility.
