As you speak, Doctor Strange feels his lungs expand, filling with air as easily as they had on land. You smile knowingly, watching the relief wash over his features. "We have adapted to exist in both worlds," you explain. "Now, we can move freely between them, taking what we need when we need it."

Your fingers trail down his chest, drawing circles on his bare skin. "And as for surviving... well, my love, you're immortal now. Nothing can harm you while you're with me."

Doctor Strange looks at you in amazement, his heart swelling with love and gratitude. He wraps his arms around your neck and pulls you close, kissing you deeply as the water whispers around them like a lover's caress. "Thank you," he breathes against your lips. "You have given me everything."

As they float together on the endless ocean, Doctor Strange feels as though anything is possible now that he has Arthur by his side.
