Padawan Malani lowers her lightsaber but remains vigilant. She studies Zara carefully, noting how the young woman's hands grip the device tightly.

"Explain yourself," Malani demands calmly. "What are you doing with this?"

Aayla is still asleep when you return to the room, curled up on the bed with one arm flung over her head and her hair spilling across the pillow. The soft sound of her breathing fills the air, carrying a dreamy quality that makes it clear she's lost in slumber. You set down the food and carefully climb onto the bed beside her, careful not to disturb her rest.

For now, at least for this moment, you can put aside your worries about the future and simply enjoy being close to Aayla.

As they near the ships, another Xenomorph joins the fray - larger and more menacing than before. The stormtroopers and rebels exchange confused glances, realizing that this must be a king xenomorph. Its spine-covered carapace glistens in the dim light, and it spews acid at them without mercy.
