Maron is a young woman of curvaceous frame with long blue hair and blue eyes and large breasts. She is commonly seen wearing a bright red dress with low-cut straps, white cuff socks, and white gym shoes, occasionally wearing a green military jacket over it. She also has pink nail polish. She also wears a yellow bathing suit for swimming, which is very small. During the latter portion of her stay at Korin's Tower, she was also seen wearing a short-skirted cheongsam. Maron is air-headed, ditsy, and at times, downright stupid. In fact, Korin has trouble trying to read her mind to know her moves during a card game, explaining to Yajirobe: "I've seen party balloons with more on their mind."[1] While technically kind in her own right, as she is shown trying to help Gohan repeatedly, Maron is characterized as a bit shallow, as she is shown using her good looks to achieve what she wants. Her shallow nature makes it seem like she has no clue when it comes to social graces, as when she refers to Chi-Chi and Bulma as "old ladies"/"middle aged ladies" while seeming completely oblivious as to how rude this sounds. How oblivious she was depended on the language version. In the Japanese version, it's made clear she genuinely didn't understand how rude it sounded, while the English dub had her delivering her comments to Chi-Chi in particular in a more mean-spirited manner. She also apparently has bad memory recall, as she still seems to be unaware of who Goku is despite Krillin telling her at least 11 times by the time he mentioned him when explaining who Chi-Chi is. She also has a habit of flirting with other guys while she was dating Krillin, as seen when she makes a flirty comment about Yamcha twice (although in Maron's defense, it's implied she did the first instance because she thought she and Krillin weren't actually dating due to his shy denials when asked) and when she kisses Gohan, although she does show a firm care for Krillin. Despite these characteristics, Master Roshi takes a firm liking toward Maron, for "obvious" reasons: her well-defined curved figure and her scanty clothing (along with her blissful ignorance to his perversion for the most part). Although largely ignorant of Master Roshi's perverted nature, she did once squeal in shock and considered Roshi "worse" than "the old lady" (referring to Chi-Chi) after the latter briefly groped her. She also has a short attention span and memory, as once Krillin stated that he was not worthy to be her boyfriend, Maron did not hesitate in accepting another man's offer for a ride without so much as looking back at her former boyfriend, and while she did later return, stating she only loves Krillin after having remembered him, she eventually left with some other boyfriends that she had also forgotten about once she got tired of waiting, and never came back.

Specimen 8 is a floating, demonic, deer-like entity wearing a long black cloak. Its antlers are long, somewhat symmetrical, sharp, and spider-like, lacking the beam-and-tine structure typical of most deer. Specimen 8 has two eyes with white pupils and black scleras, and it lacks a lower jaw. It also has abnormally sharp and jagged teeth jutting down from the top jaw. The cloak is sleeveless and even when open reveals no limbs, as Specimen 8's body comprises a set of human rib bones underneath which lies a host of screaming faces fading into the darkness. Specimen 8 is encountered for the first time after a sequence of forest and cabin-like rooms filled with violent deer, starting from Room 550 and ending at Room 558. At the end of Room 558, the player reaches a room with two doors at both sides, and a dead-end shrouded in darkness in front of them, from which Specimen 8 emerges and begins the chase.
