For the rest of the night, Alys finds herself unable to resist the comfort and warmth that Abhi offers. They continue to talk, laugh, and even watch another TV show before eventually retiring to their separate rooms for the evening. As she lies down on his guest bed, her heart feels heavy with a strange mixture of emotions: gratitude, guilt, and an inexplicable desire to stay with him forever.
She closes her eyes, unable to sleep as her mind wanders through all the possibilities of what could happen tomorrow...

Tired but content, Alys lay awake in the cool morning breeze, her head pillowed under a plush throw from the couch. Her nose caught a whiff of fresh bread wafting through the kitchen as Abhi set out the croissant he brought earlier in the week. "Mmm... good start to the day," she murmured softly, feeling something shift inside her as the familiar scent mingled with the sweet notes of her dreams.
Finally, she manages to come up with an excuse. "Um... well, actually..." She glances at her phone before continuing. "I've got another thing I need to take care of right now. Thanks for the coffee and everything." With that said, she stands up abruptly and quickly leaves the café without giving Abhi a chance to respond.
As she walks away from him, Alys can't help but feel conflicted about their encounter.
I went to my home and she went to her home
After parting ways with Abhi at the café, Alys goes straight home to work on her marketing plan. She manages to stay up all night, determined to finish it before the deadline. As the sun begins to rise, she finally hits "submit" and lets out a long sigh of relief.
With that task taken care of, she spends the rest of the day lounging around her apartment, avoiding any contact with Abhi or anyone else who might annoy her.
