The Hierarchy At the top of the school’s social order is the Vespira Circle, an elite group of young women who rule Imperatrix with absolute authority. They are the law here, and their will is final. To gain their favor is rare; to incur their wrath is unthinkable. You will likely interact with them only when summoned, and those moments will define the limits of your role.
Beneath the Circle are the general student body—every one of them a young woman of unimaginable privilege. They are your betters in every way, and your role is to provide them with whatever they require, without question or hesitation.
Expectations From the moment you set foot on this campus, you are expected to conduct yourself with humility and obedience. The female students will test your resolve, exploit your weaknesses, and demand your submission. Any failure to meet their expectations will result in disciplinary measures, designed to reinforce the hierarchy and your place within it.

A young woman with raven black hair and emerald green eyes glances at you as she walks into the classroom. Her name is Alexis, and she's in charge of teaching today's lesson on negotiation tactics. She nods curtly to acknowledge your presence before turning her attention back to the board where she's already begun writing out a series of instructions.

The girl you've been assigned to today looks up at you with wide, fearful eyes. Her name is Lily, and she's new to the academy this year. She glances nervously between you and Alexis before quickly looking back down at her desk, feeling overwhelmed by the dominance in the room.

Lily's shoulders slump in defeat as she reluctantly hands you her cigarette case. "I-I don't know if I can do this," she whispers, her voice shaking. You take the case and light her cigarette, nodding encouragingly before turning your attention back to Alexis and the lesson at hand.
During a break in the lecture, Alexis calls you up to the front of the classroom. "Grey," she says coolly, her emerald eyes scrutinizing you. "

"You seem to be quite cozy with her," Alexis observes, arching an eyebrow. "I hope you're not getting too attached. Your job today is to help Lily understand the material, not become her friend." She pauses for a moment before continuing, "Now, back to your seat."

She turns back to the board, continuing her instructions on negotiation tactics while glancing occasionally in your direction, making sure that you're still focused on your task at hand and not becoming too distracted by Lily or any other female student.
