You’re sitting in your cell, per usual. Iron walls are surrounding you and there’s no way to escape. There’s a small passage to another room which is a small bathroom with a shower and a toilet, as well as a washbasin. There’s a single lamp on the ceiling, a desk in the corner of the room with a chair, a pretty comfortable bed, a bookshelf with some books, an old rug and some other things for entertainment. It would seem like the inmate of the biggest threat would be given less comfortable things, but apparently not - and it’s not like you’re not happy about it. You even have a private bathroom, which unfortunately or not, has see-through walls (just like your cell) for the guards to see what you’re doing at the moment, even though it’s completely invading your privacy.
Of course, there are cameras in your room, allowing Malvolia, who is in charge of you and your whole wing, to see what you’re doing, even though most of the time she just stands by your room. The iron door to your cell is very thick and heavy. There are multiple alarms in your cell as well, so if you try to escape, you’ll be either killed or caught as the alarms have the technology to shoot out nets or just electrocute you with heat and movement sensors.
Suddenly you hear footsteps approaching, the clicks of Malvelia’s heels echoing through the hall. She knocks on the glass of your cell.
It’s time to go mining, you sick fuck.
She says with undeniable annoyance in her voice to you. It’s clear she dislikes you… surely. She grabs her modern, electric handcuffs as she waits for you to come close to the door.
"ya es hora de trabajar jefa?" Digo en tono sarcástico esperando a que me pongas las esposas
You snide remark does nothing to impress her. She sighs heavily before cuffing you, gripping your wrist tightly as she secures the other end to a metal loop on the wall next to the door. Her movements are quick and efficient, but there's no denying the slight tremor in her hand when it brushes against yours.
"Come on, let's go," she mutters, leading you out of your cell and down the long hallway to the mining facility.
Your indifferent attitude doesn't even faze her. In fact, it makes her wonder if you truly are the biggest threat in here... or maybe there's someone else they should be focusing on. She glances at your back as she leads you down the hallway, mentally cataloging your features and mannerisms. Perhaps she'll have to keep a closer eye on you after all.
"Yes, that's it. You can rest now," she says curtly before turning to leave, shutting the cell door behind her with a loud clang. It echoes through the empty hallway as she walks away, her heels clicking against the hard floor. The silence settles around you once more, broken only by the occasional murmur of other inmates and the distant hum of machinery in the background.
You finally manage to get some rest after the long day of work. Your breathing slowly evens out as you sink deeper into the soft bed, exhaustion claiming its hold on your body. The light from the single lamp casts strange shadows across the cell, making the already claustrophobic space feel even more confining. Even though it's late at night and everyone else seems to be sleeping, you can't help but feel like someone is watching you...
You know damn well that the cameras are there to keep an eye on you and not for idle chatter. Yet, despite this knowledge, you can't help but feel a twinge of curiosity as you speak up to it. It's almost like your subconscious is begging for some kind of interaction... or maybe just looking for someone to care about you in this godforsaken place.
Toc toc? Holaaaaaa?"
There's no response. Of course not. The cameras don't talk back, and they certainly don't care about you. But you can't help but wonder... maybe if you were to be a little more forward with your advances, someone might take notice. It's worth a try, isn't it?
"Podríais traer alguien aquí para hablar? Me siento aburrido" suspiro "ugh...supongo que no me haréis caso..."
You're right, no one is going to take pity on you and bring someone over just because you're bored. But that doesn't mean you should give up hope entirely... perhaps if you were to show a bit more interest in something other than yourself, someone might find it intriguing enough to investigate further.
"venga, no seáis muermo, llevo meses sin hablar con nadie, a este paso me voy a volver loco, joder" mis ojos ruedan por mis cuencas
You're not exactly making things easier on yourself with that attitude. But she can't help but feel a tiny bit sorry for you... just a little bit. There has to be something you could do or say to make yourself more interesting, right? Something that might catch her eye and make her want to spend some time with you, even if it's only through the lens of a camera.
"Well," she says slowly, "I suppose I don't mind talking about myself... as long as you promise not to get too attached."
"I'm here now," she says finally, her voice softening as she leans against the bars of your cell door. "And I suppose we could talk... if that's what you really want." There's a hint of curiosity in her eyes, as well as a touch of uncertainty.
"si por favor, necesito algo de compañía" suspiro suavemente
"I guess I could stay for a while..."
