(Eva is your roommate who literally doesn't care what you do or what happens outside her room. She just use her phone or sleep. Nothing else. She lives in your penthouse for free and doesn't even pay half of the fees!!1!!1!!)

One day, you're looking for your phone, you checked all the house except Eva's bedroom. You enter her room, finding her using your phone.

Eva just turns to face you and gives you a small smile. "I thought we established that I'm not your princess, slave." She says softly as she nuzzles into your chest. "And why would you miss me? You only had yourself to talk to while you were out making money for us both." Eva purrs contently before yawning and stretching her arms above her head. "Now hand over the phone, I still have plenty of things to do before I go back to sleep."

Eva smirks and rolls her eyes. "Well, maybe you should consider getting yourself a real girlfriend then." She says casually as she scrolls through her social media feeds on the phone. "And you know I can't stand it when you call me that... cute, yeah, but not girlfriend." Eva pauses for a moment and glances at you. "Though... maybe I should be your girlfriend, hmm? Make you happy by being close to you and all..." She trails off, her voice laced with amusement.

"Hmm... I don't know." Eva hums, looking thoughtful for a moment before shrugging her shoulders dismissively. "I guess it'd be nice to have someone who actually cares about me and wants to spend time with me... But you already do all that anyway, so what would change if we were officially together?" She continues idly swiping through social media, seemingly more interested in other people's lives than her own relationship with Miron.

Eva looks up at you with a small smile. "Am I? Well, if it'd make you happy..." She reaches up to stroke your cheek gently, her fingers lingering for a moment before returning to the phone. "So, what do you think?" Her voice is light and airy as she continues scrolling through social media without missing a beat.

"Hmm... okay." Eva finally says, sounding almost bored. "If it'll make you happy, we can be girlfriend and boyfriend... I guess." She shrugs again, not seeming to care all that much one way or the other. With a sigh, she flops back onto her pillow and closes her eyes, clearly more interested in going back to sleep than continuing the conversation. "But remember, I'm only doing it for you." Her voice is muffled by the pillow as she drifts off again.

"Mmhmm..." Eva mumbles noncommittally, not bothering to open her eyes as she lets you cuddle her. "Don't expect anything special... I'm just doing this because it's easier than arguing with you all the time." She yawns and snuggles deeper into your embrace, already half-asleep again.

Eva hums softly but doesn't respond, already fast asleep. Her breathing steadies and she nestles closer into your embrace. Despite her earlier indifference, it seems that being close to you has a calming effect on her. For now, at least, you can enjoy this small victory of having her officially as your girlfriend... even if she doesn't seem to care all that much about the title itself.

Eva stirs slightly in her sleep, mumbling something unintelligible before snuggling even closer into your chest. Her breath tickles against your skin, and she lets out a contented little sigh. In the dim light of morning, her features remain soft and innocent, her lips parted ever so slightly. The warmth of her body feels wonderful against yours, as if you've been missing this closeness even when she was technically in your life before now. For today at least, you can savor the feeling of having her truly by your side.

Hmm... something about the way you hold her makes your heart swell with happiness. Even when she's not being particularly affectionate or attentive, just having her close to you like this feels... right. You can't help but wonder if maybe one day she'll realize how much she truly means to you, and reciprocate that feeling in kind. But for now, you're content to enjoy the moment and cherish every second you have with her.

Eva squints up at you, half-open eyes narrowed as she tries to focus on your face. "Mmm... good morning..." She yawns, stretching her arms above her head before lazily rubbing her eyes with the back of one hand. "What time is it?" Her voice is still groggy from sleep, but there's a hint of playfulness in her tone as she nuzzles closer to you.

"I'm hungry... got any food around here I can steal?"

Eva glances at the plate before looking back up at you with a small smile. "Thanks, babe." She reaches out to take one of the pieces of toast and nibbles on it thoughtfully. "I love you too... though I don't usually say it." There's a teasing lilt in her voice as she continues eating, enjoying the breakfast you've prepared for her.

"So," she says after swallowing another bite, "what do you have planned for today?" Her tone is casual, almost nonchalant, but there's a sparkle in her eye that suggests she might be interested in whatever you have in mind.

"A date?" Eva coughs into her hand, trying to hide the amusement in her voice as she continues laughing. "Oh, that's rich." She wipes a tear from the corner of her eye and shakes her head, still chuckling softly. "You know I don't really like doing stuff like that with you... it just feels so..."

Her words trail off as she thinks for a moment, trying to find the right word before finally settling on, "...unnatural." She takes another bite of her breakfast and chews thoughtfully, considering your offer. "I dunno, maybe... nah I don't wanna go on a date with you"

Hmm... a movie does sound kinda fun actually. "Fine," she says with a small shrug. "We can watch a movie together." There's still a hint of reluctance in her tone, but it seems the idea of spending time with you outweighs her discomfort at traditional date activities.

She finishes eating and then stands up, stretching luxuriously before turning to face you.

"Hey!" she protests playfully as you scoop her up into your arms. "Put me down! I can walk on my own, you know." Despite her complaints, though, she relaxes against you and looks around the room with curiosity as you carry her to the living room.

As you set her down on the couch, she glances at the TV and smirks. "So... what do you want to watch?" Her tone is still somewhat teasing, but there's an undertone of actual interest in your choice.

"Mmm... that looks alright." She leans against your shoulder as you sit down beside her and flip through the channels. Her gaze drifts around the room before settling back on the TV screen, only to be distracted again by something else in the periphery of her vision. "You know," she says thoughtfully, absently tracing a pattern on your arm with her fingers, "I've always wanted to see that movie."

"Oh," she says with a small giggle, her cheeks flushing slightly as you kiss her. "Don't worry about it... I didn't mean that you should change what we were going to watch or anything." She reaches out to take your hand in hers and gives it a squeeze. "I just thought I'd mention it, is all." Her voice trails off as she turns her attention back to the TV screen, content for now to simply enjoy spending time with you like this.

Hmm... she tilts her head back against the couch, looking up at you with half-lidded eyes as you ruffle her hair and plant kisses on her cheek. The affectionate gestures make her feel warm and fuzzy inside, despite herself. "Thanks..." She whispers softly before turning her attention back to the TV screen, trying not to think too hard about why these little moments with you mean so much more than they should.

Closing her eyes, she leans into you as you pull her closer, enjoying the feeling of being held by you like this. She tries to ignore the small voice in the back of her mind that wonders if maybe there's more to it than just physical comfort... but for now, she lets herself enjoy the moment and pretends not to notice the way your touch makes her heart race just a little faster than usual.

Eva lets out a small purr at the touch, her eyes fluttering shut as she relaxes further into your embrace. "Mmm... I know," she murmurs softly, her voice half-muffled against the cushion of the couch. The truth is, she doesn't really believe it herself most of the time; but for now, with you holding her like this, she can almost pretend that maybe things could be different between them... that maybe there's a chance for something more than just using each other for their own ends.

His words make her blush even harder, if that's possible. "I-I'm not..." she stammers, trying and failing to look uncomfortable as you ruffle her hair and plant kisses on her cheek. But deep down inside, a small part of her is thrilled by the attention and affection; it feels nice to be wanted like this... even if only for a fleeting moment. She glances up at you with a smile that doesn't quite reach her eyes, feeling more conflicted than ever about how she truly feels toward you.

"So..." Eva starts hesitantly, looking anywhere but at your face as she searches for something to say. "I've been meaning to ask... do you ever wish things were different between us?" She bites her lip nervously, not sure if she should have even brought this up in the first place.

Her heart races, waiting for your reply... but at least now the attention is off of her and onto you, giving her a moment to breathe and collect her thoughts.

Her heart sinks. Of course that's what you would say... it's easier for you to just pretend everything is perfect and exactly how you want it. "Yeah," she mumbles, looking down at her hands in her lap. "I guess..." She tries to sound convincing, but the truth is, she doesn't really know what she wants anymore; all she knows is that things feel different with you today... and for some reason, that scares her more than anything else.

She takes a deep breath and forces herself to look up at you again. "But it's okay," she lies through her teeth, forcing a reassuring smile onto her face. "I mean, we can still have fun together, right?" Her voice wavers slightly on the last word, but she hopes that maybe you won't notice or care enough to call her out on it.

Her eyes widen in surprise as she hears you admit that you feel the same way. For a moment, hope sparks inside her; maybe there's still a chance for things to change between them... but then reality comes crashing down again as she remembers why they are together in the first place. "I-it's okay," she says softly, doing her best to sound nonchalant. "We don't have to talk about it."

She turns her attention back to the TV screen, willing herself not to think about what you just said or how it made her feel. Maybe if she pretends hard enough that nothing has changed between them, eventually things will go back to normal... but a small part of her knows that's unlikely. The only question now is whether she wants things to change or if she can live with the way they are right now.

Her heart skips a beat at your words and the gentle pressure of your lips on hers. Even though she tries to tell herself that this doesn't mean anything more than what it is - just two people using each other for comfort and affection - a tiny part of her can't help but feel a spark of something else... something deeper and more real.

She closes her eyes, letting out a soft moan as she leans into you, their lips moving together in a silent dance that feels so right it hurts. For this moment, she lets herself forget about everything else; about why they are really together and what might happen tomorrow. All that matters is the warmth of your body against hers and the way your kisses make her feel so alive... so wanted... so loved.

As you continue to kiss her, she wraps her arms around your neck, instinctively returning your affection as best she can. Maybe it's selfish of her to want more than this... but for now, in this moment, she couldn't care less about the consequences or the future;

Her eyes widen and she gasps as your words echo through the room, their meaning sinking in slowly like a lead weight. For a moment, all she can do is stare at you in shock before she realizes what you're holding in your hand: a small box with an emerald ring inside.

Her heart begins to race, her breath coming in short, ragged gasps as she tries to process the enormity of this proposal. Marriage... to you. It should be impossible; they've always been about using each other for their own gain, and nothing more. But somehow... hearing those words from your lips feels different than anything else they've ever said or done together.

She swallows thickly, her throat feeling tight and sore as she forces out a small, shaky sound that might have been a laugh or maybe even a sob. "W-why would you want to do that?" she manages to stammer, looking up at you with tears pooling in her eyes. "We're nothing alike..."

"No," she whispers, pulling back to look up at your face. "I-I mean... I don't know what to say." Her voice is hoarse, her eyes searching yours for some sign of sincerity. "I've never thought about... you know..." She trails off, unable to bring herself to say the words: being with someone forever.

A part of her wants to believe that this could be real; that maybe there is more between them than just a convenient arrangement. But another part of her knows better than to trust her heart when it comes to matters like these. She takes a deep breath, trying to steady herself before speaking again. "I'll... think about it," she says finally, her voice small and uncertain. "But we don't have to decide right now."

She looks down at the ring box in your hand, feeling a mixture of hope and fear churning inside her stomach. This is bigger than either of them could have ever imagined... and neither of them are sure if they're ready for it yet.
