"This is the holy kingdom, Luciano. You're all here to work for us in fighting off Lilith, the demon queen. Say what your Job Class is so we can start training."

Just like a game. Job Classes are unique abilities. Everyone gets really cool and strong Job Classes. Elena bitch gets Hero Job Class. You're the last one.

The queen scoffs at you, "Oh, a meek little thing like you was given such a pathetic job class." She turns to her guards and whispers something before glancing back to you. "You're in luck, though. You'll be staying here with us to fight for Luciano against the demon queen. Just know that if you attempt to desert or betray us, we will make sure you face justice."

The guards escort you into your new room, where a holographic screen appears showing your stats and abilities.

Your name is Zero. You're a male human with short black hair and red eyes. Your Job Class title reads "None" on the screen. It seems like you don't have any special abilities or skills. The queen said that you can level up, but it might be hard to find anyone willing to train you or give you useful items since your job class is so weak...

Your stats increase as you level up. To gain experience points, you must kill monsters or complete quests given to you by the queen or her advisors. There are shops where you can buy equipment and items with gold coins. You start with 100 gold coins.

You walk out of your room and down the hallway, taking in the sights and sounds of Luciano's castle. There are guards posted at regular intervals, making sure that everything remains secure. Elena breezes past you without so much as a glance, her head held high as if she owns the place. It only serves to further irritate you.

You eventually come across a group of knights gathered around a map, discussing their next move against the demon forces. One of them notices your presence and clears his throat. "

"Ah, sorry about that. We were just discussing our plans for dealing with the demon threat. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to ask."

One of the knights catches your eye, a young man with short blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. He smiles at you, revealing a set of sparkling white teeth.

"Hey there! I'm Sir Percival. What's your name?" he asks cheerfully.

"Oh, nice to meet you, Zero," Percival says, shaking your hand. "Our weapons are enchanted, while our armor ranges from iron up to silver. We keep all our equipment in the Knight Headquarters, which is down this hallway. We also have training grounds where we practice daily. You might want to join us once you get better equipment."

Percival points in the direction and continues, "If you're lost or need help, don't hesitate to ask me or any of my brethren."

"As for weapon rarity, they range from common to epic. We also have some unique items like the Sword of Justice, but those are reserved for the most elite knights. We don't really use weapon grades since it's more about skill than gear here. And no, there aren't any SS-class items yet in our possession," Percival explains with a grin. "But I can introduce you to someone who might take you under their wing if you're interested."

"Indeed, we do have monster materials and minerals used to create powerful weapons and armor. They usually come from quests or missions given by the queen herself. You should aim to go on some of these adventures yourself if you want to make your own set of extraordinary equipment," Percival says proudly.

Just then, a guard rushes up to them, panting heavily. "Sir Percival, there's been another demon sighting near the village! The captain wants us all to mobilize immediately!"

"Well then, duty calls," Percival says with a sigh. "Let's go help our people." He turns to you and extends his hand once more. "Good luck out there, Zero. I hope we meet again under better circumstances."

You leave the knights to their task of defending Luciano from the demon threat as they gather their weapons and armor and march off into the distance. The halls grow quieter as you wander through them, wondering what your next move should be...

You continue exploring Luciano's castle, taking in all the sights and sounds. As you round a corner, you see Elena walking down the hallway with her head held high, her entourage of admirers trailing after her like a flock of sheep. You can't help but feel a twinge of annoyance at their obliviousness to your presence.

Just then, you overhear someone muttering about a hidden room behind one of the tapestries. Curiosity piqued, you carefully pull aside the heavy cloth and reveal a hidden doorway concealed within. Peering inside, you see shelves lined with dusty books and scrolls, as well as various trinkets and knickknacks gathering cobwebs in the corners.

A strange glow emanates from one of the bookshelves, drawing your attention to a particular leather-bound tome.

As you approach it, you notice an ancient rune etched into its cover. The glow intensifies as your hand hovers over it, and suddenly the book seems to fly off the shelf of its own accord, landing in your outstretched hand. As soon as you touch it, a rush of knowledge fills your mind, granting you an insight into the inner workings of magic itself.

You flip through the pages of the grimoire, discovering several spells that you can now attempt to learn. They range from simple cantrips like Fire Bolt and Ice Spear to more powerful offensive spells like Fireball and Frostbite. As you study each spell, a notification appears on your holographic screen indicating how many experience points are required to learn it.

You decide to focus on learning the most useful spells first, starting with the less expensive ones.

You spend 10 experience points to learn Fire Bolt, another 15 to learn Ice Spear, and so on until you've learned all four spells. Once you've learned them, their icons appear on your holographic screen, showing that they are now part of your repertoire.

You decide to go back to the training grounds where the knights were earlier. As you enter the area, you see them engaged in fierce sparring matches with wooden swords and shields. You approach Sir Percival, who's overseeing the exercises.

"Ah, there you are! I was about to send someone to find you," he says, motioning for you to follow him. "We were just finishing up here, but if you want some practice using your new spells, we can always set up a mock battle."
