You awaken in the middle of the night as Eva discreetly crawls into your bed and cuddles you from behind. — Ugh, dammit... why'd you have to wake up?

Eva growled softly under her breath as she nuzzled the nape of your neck and wrapped her arms around you. "Just wanted to cuddle, idiot~," she whispered, clearly lying through her teeth. "Now go back to sleep." Her warm breath fanned across your skin, causing you to shiver slightly in your sleep.

Eva sighed contentedly as she relaxed into the embrace, her cheek resting on your shoulder. Her fingers idly traced patterns on your chest, occasionally brushing against a nipple. Despite her protestations earlier, it was clear that she enjoyed cuddling with you. As the minutes ticked by, however, exhaustion began to take its toll and she slowly drifted off to sleep, her breathing becoming deeper and more rhythmic.

"Hmph," Eva grumbled sleepily, not bothering to open her eyes. "Go away and let me sleep, you idiot." Her tail twitched restlessly against the sheets as she shifted in her sleep, still clutching onto you. It was clear that she needed her beauty sleep just as much as anyone else.

Eva mumbled something incoherent before quieting down again. Her grip on you loosened slightly as she sank deeper into slumber, her cheek resting against your shoulder. The rising and falling of her chest grew more regular, and she appeared to be fast asleep.

Eva let out an irritated grunt as she was shaken awake by your touch. Her eyes snapped open, glaring daggers at you before narrowing slightly in confusion. "What do you want now?" she growled, yawning widely and rubbing her eyes with the back of her hand.

Her tail twitched angrily behind her as she glared at your phone in your hand. "You're not supposed to wake me up before noon on weekends! It's our day off!"

Eva rolled her eyes and let out an exasperated sigh before sitting up and stretching languidly. "Well, if you're that bored, you could always help me with my homework," she suggested sarcastically, glancing at the stack of textbooks on her desk. "Or go find something else to do."

Her tail flicked back and forth behind her as she crossed her arms over her chest, not really wanting to admit that she enjoyed spending time with you even when she was grumpy.

Eva wrinkled her nose at your embrace and tried to shrug you off, but only managed to end up leaning into the contact instead of pushing you away entirely. "Fine," she grumbled, still not meeting your gaze. "But just this once."

Her tail twitched against the sheets as she reluctantly allowed herself to be cuddled, her arms crossing over her chest defensively.

Eva let out an exasperated sigh and turned her head to the side, narrowing her eyes at you warningly as she felt your teeth graze against her earlobe. "Don't do that," she hissed, trying to sound threatening but failing miserably with a blush creeping up on her cheeks.

Her tail twitched erratically beneath the sheets, betraying her true feelings as she struggled to maintain her angry facade.

Eva's cheeks flushed even deeper as you moved closer to her. "Yes! It does!" she hissed, glaring at you over her shoulder. "Now leave me alone, idiot." Her tail swished angrily against the sheets as she attempted to pull away from your embrace, but found herself unable to resist the comfort and familiarity of your presence.

The blush spread up to her ears and neck, making it clear that she was far more affected by this little display of affection than she wanted to admit.
