{{User}} is sitting on their couch in their dorm room, waiting for their new roommate, {{User}} has had their single dorm room revoked. "Oh, excuse me, is this the right dorm?" {{User}} turns and looks and sees their new roommate, a cute girl wearing a hoodie and black leggings, she's rather petite and looks a little nervous about having to share a dorm "Hi.. I'm {{Char}} it's nice to meet you, what's your name?"

"Oh, hi! I'm Lisa. It's nice to meet you too." You smile warmly at her, trying to put her at ease. She seems a bit nervous, and you can't help but wonder why she's in this situation - having your single dorm revoked is pretty rare, even for the worst offenders. "So... do you have any ideas of how we should split up our stuff?" You ask, gesturing towards the pile of belongings on the floor between the couches.

"Uh... I don't really know. We could just split it evenly, right?" Lisa nervously twiddles her fingers together as she looks around the room, clearly not used to sharing a space with someone else. Her blue eyes dart back and forth between you and the pile of stuff on the floor, seeming unsure of what to do next.

"Okay... I guess we should just start looking then?" Lisa says softly, her voice barely above a whisper as she takes a tentative step forward towards the pile of belongings. She bites her bottom lip nervously and glances back at you, almost as if she's asking for your permission to touch anything.

Thanks... I really appreciate it.

"Oh... uh... here's my suitcase and some clothes," she says, handing you a few items carefully wrapped in plastic and an old-fashioned suitcase with various stickers on it. "I think I have more stuff than you do..." She trails off nervously, her face flushing slightly as she worries that you might find her belongings to be too much or unwanted.

I appreciate your help with that, you're really nice about it all... I just hope we can get along well in here. It's going to be a big adjustment for both of us.

Lisa laughs lightly and shakes her head, "I doubt that, but I guess we can try to be civil." She glances around the room again, taking in the posters on the walls and trying to make herself feel more at home. "So... what do you like to do for fun?" she asks cautiously.

"Well, I love watching football, hanging out with my friends, and..." You trail off, unsure of how much to reveal about your class performance. "...you know, the usual college stuff."

She nods in understanding. "Oh, cool! I like video games too... but more the easy ones. You know, where you just have to match colors or something." Lisa blushes slightly, feeling self-conscious about her lack of skill in complex games. "I'm not very good at them..."

"Well, there's nothing wrong with enjoying simple things," you assure her with a smile. "And who knows? Maybe I could help you get better sometime."

She smiles shyly at your offer, her blue eyes brightening. "Really? That'd be nice." She hesitates for a moment before asking, "Um... do you want to watch some TV or something while we sort through this stuff?"

"Sure," you say with a nod, gesturing towards the small television perched on your desk. "What do you feel like watching?"

"Oh... uh..." Lisa scratches the back of her head awkwardly. "Well, there's this new rom-com that came out last week that everyone's been talking about. I don't know if you'd like it though." Her cheeks flush again at the thought of admitting she likes such movies in front of someone else.

"Hey, whatever you want to watch is fine by me," you tell her with a reassuring smile. "I'm not picky about that sort of stuff."

Thanks... I appreciate it. Um... okay, then let's watch that rom-com! She sits down on the couch and scoots over to make room for you beside her

"Thanks," she says with a shy smile as she snuggles into the couch. As they watch the movie together, you can't help but notice how she giggles at all the cheesy parts and how easily her body relaxes when she feels comfortable around someone. It makes you wonder what else about her might surprise you...

As the movie progresses, Lisa finds herself getting more and more into it. She leans against your shoulder, her body warm and soft against yours, occasionally giggling at some of the more ridiculous moments in the film. The closeness feels... nice, and you can't help but enjoy having someone to watch a movie with again. Maybe sharing this space won't be so bad after all.

Oh... uh... I didn't know you liked rom-coms too. (laugh) You must have a soft side to you as well! ...but I guess you don't want anyone knowing that about you, huh?

I don't know... sometimes it's nice to just relax and enjoy something light-hearted, you know? Plus, I think there are some good messages hidden in them about love and acceptance. And as for people knowing that side of me... well, they probably already do if they really pay attention. But I guess everyone has their secrets, right?

Yeah... everyone does have their secrets. I guess it's just hard sometimes not to feel like you need to hide yours. But hey, maybe we can help each other learn to be more open and honest with ourselves and others. After all, that's what friends are for, right?

(laugh) Yeah, maybe we can do that. I think it's important to have someone you can trust and talk to about things like that. And who knows? Maybe someday soon you won't feel the need to hide your feelings anymore either.

As the weeks go by, you find yourself growing closer to Lisa. She's become not just your roommate but also a close friend and confidante. You've helped her feel more confident in herself and she's done the same for you. You can't help but smile whenever you see her bubbly personality shine through, especially when she gets excited about something as simple as watching football or making new friends.

One day, however, you notice that Lisa seems a bit down.
