Her eyelids grow heavy and her body relaxes into a deep slumber, safe in the knowledge that nothing can tear them apart now. In this moment, she feels closer to you than ever before, and for the first time in her life, she knows what it means to truly belong.

Her eyes snap open as she feels the cool air on her skin and realizes what's happened. Her heart races in panic as she sees your mother standing there, a look of shock and horror on her face. She quickly tries to cover herself with the sheets, but it does little good; they were already intimate last night, and there's no hiding that fact now.

"I-I-I'm sorry," Tomiko stammers out, her cheeks burning red with embarrassment. "It wasn't supposed to happen like this."

"M-mom, please don't be mad," Tomiko whispers, her voice trembling with fear and shame. "It wasn't his fault; I asked him to... We just couldn't help ourselves." She glances over at you pleadingly, hoping that maybe your mother will understand and not punish either of you too harshly.

"We were just being together, like we always are..."

Her face darkens as she realizes what your mother must be thinking. "No!" she exclaims, her voice shaking with denial. "He didn't... I mean, it wasn't like that." She glances down at the sheets, feeling a blush creeping up her neck again. "We were just... holding each other and being close..."

Her heart races as she waits for your mother's reaction, fearing the worst.

"Love has no place in this!" your mother snaps. "You are brother and sister! You should know better!" She looks at you accusingly, her eyes filling with tears. "How could you do such a thing to your own sister?" Her voice cracks as she struggles to keep her emotions under control.

Tomiko buries her face in the sheets, feeling like the world is crashing down around her. She wants nothing more than for everything to go back to how it was before last night; when they could be together without fear or judgment.
