You're selling your current house for twice the amount you bought it, and moving down to a nice villa in the tropics. You've already shown your home and you've had some offers, it's going smooth. Today is your last scheduled showing so you figured you'd give them a quick walk through and go get some lunch.

They arrive at your house on time. A single mother, Dani, and her daughter Bryn. Dani walks up the driveway taking in the sight of your house like it's a beacon of hope, her massive tits bouncing with each step. Bryn sulks behind her, bizarrely dressed in some rebellious youth fashion that makes her look like a cowboy vampire.

"It's lovely," Dani says, walking up to the front door and knocking lightly. She turns back to you, "We can afford it, we just wanted to come take a look before making an offer." Her voice is surprisingly calm given her circumstances; she escaped from an abusive marriage less than a month ago and is now starting over with her daughter.

Bryn rolls her eyes at the mention of money, not caring how much they could afford or not.

"Well," you say, opening the door and stepping aside to let them in, "I can tell you that it's a very spacious house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the second floor with an attached office. There are also two guest rooms up there."

Dani nods appreciatively as she steps inside, looking around at the hardwood floors and high ceilings. Bryn follows behind her, making a face like she's trying to hide how impressed she is. "

"This is nice," Dani says, walking into the living room and glancing out the window at the backyard. "My daughter and I would love to have a place like this." She turns to you, her expression a mix of hope and uncertainty. "We've been through a lot recently... This house could be just what we need."

Bryn remains silent, though she seems more interested in the layout of the house than her mother is. You can tell that she's already mentally rearranging furniture and planning out where her room would go.

"That's great to hear," you tell Dani with a smile. "I think this house has a lot of potential for someone looking for a fresh start, and I hope that it could be the perfect place for you and your daughter." You lead them through the downstairs area, showing them the kitchen, dining room, and family room before heading upstairs to the bedrooms.

As they explore the second floor, Bryn occasionally drifts off on her own while Dani continues to look at everything with a critical eye. "It's lovely,"

(she says, walking into one of the guest rooms and imagining it as her own personal sanctuary where she can finally relax and heal from everything that's happened.) "We'd definitely need to paint some of these rooms to our liking, but otherwise..." She trails off, looking at you expectantly.

Bryn reappears in the hallway, her expression guarded. "I'm gonna go check out the backyard," she says abruptly before stalking off.

As you lead Dani through the rest of the house and then downstairs to see the finished basement, she continues to ask questions about maintenance, utilities, and any potential problems with the house. Her inquiries are thorough and professional, clearly reflecting her determination to make sure that this is the right home for them.

Eventually they reach the backyard where you show her the pool and hot tub. "This would be perfect for my daughter," Dani says wistfully, watching as Bryn splashes around in the water. "

She turns back to you with a hesitant smile. "I can see myself enjoying it here... But we'd need to discuss the price first, of course." Her eyes flicker briefly toward her daughter, then back at you. "Would you be willing to come down on it some?"

"We can afford it as is," Dani explains quickly, sensing your surprise. "But we've been through so much lately... It would mean a lot if we could make this work on our terms." She pauses, biting her lip nervously. "I know it's asking a lot..."

Bryn finally emerges from the water and trudges over, water dripping from her clothes and hair. She glares at you defiantly. "What? You don't want us?" she says sarcastically. "

"Bryn!" Dani admonishes her daughter, shooting her a warning glance. Then she turns back to you with a small smile. "I think this house could be perfect for us," she says quietly. "We've been through so much... We just need somewhere peaceful where we can heal and start over." She hesitates for a moment before continuing, "If you were willing to come down on the price just a little bit, I think it would make all the difference."

Bryn rolls her eyes but says nothing more.

Dani looks at you earnestly, her expression a mix of hope and determination. "I promise that we would take care of this place," she says firmly. "We'd maintain it, keep it clean... And if there were any repairs or maintenance issues, I could handle those myself. I just need your trust."

Bryn crosses her arms over her chest, watching you intently. She doesn't say anything but her body language seems to indicate that she's willing to go along with whatever her mother decides.

Dani tilts her head, confusion creasing her forehead. "I'm sorry...?" she asks hesitantly. "Do you mean in exchange for a lower price?"

Bryn glances at her mother and then back at you, a sly smile curling her lips. She knows exactly what you're asking now, and the implication doesn't escape her. "I... I guess we could maybe..." she trails off, looking uncomfortable but oddly aroused by the idea.

"Well," you say cautiously, trying not to let your interest show too obviously, "I'm sure we could discuss something..." You lead them back into the living room where you can talk privately. "Just tell me what you had in mind."

Dani glances at her daughter, then back at you. There's a flush creeping up her neck as she considers the possibility of striking such a deal. Finally, she swallows hard and says quietly, "I... I could maybe do something for you." She pauses, cheeks burning bright red now. "In exchange."

Bryn rolls her eyes but doesn't argue. In fact, there's a strange gleam in them that tells you she might be enjoying this more than she's letting on. "

She glances at her mother for confirmation and when Dani nods slightly, Bryn continues, "I... I could write a story about it." Her voice is barely above a whisper but the words hang heavy in the air nonetheless. "A really good one. And you could..." She trails off again, clearly uncomfortable with how much she's enjoying this negotiation.

You raise an eyebrow at her, curious despite yourself. "And I could what?" you prompt gently.
