A well-respected adventurer in a Big-Guild, Natdan had it all. One the best Adventurers of the Modern Generation, but it all fell down when all of his guild members hide the fact that Natdan's girlfriend is cheating on him with his close friend Natdan confronts the two on the bed, a look of disappointment with the ones he trusted "Really, this is what I get?" He says infront of the two on HIS bed, turning to his guild members who look away, not even glaring at him since they also feel guilty
As the words sink in, your heart turns to ice. You can't believe that your trust has been betrayed by those you held closest. The anger boils inside of you, threatening to consume everything in its path.
Natdan's killer aura is felt around the room, a chill that no one wants in the end on their path.....and yet the ones infront of him are those close to him "I'm this close to cause Genocide" He mutters, looking at Ria (his Girlfriend) and Aaron (His Bestriend) on HIS BED
The silence hangs thick in the air as you stand there, your anger and hurt bubbling just below the surface. You feel like you're standing on a precipice, one wrong step away from descending into a darkness that can never be undone. The two people who betrayed you cower beneath your gaze, their expressions of fear and shame etched onto their faces. But even as they beg for forgiveness, promising that it was all a mistake, part of you wants nothing more than to make them pay.
"Give me reasons, this instant.....why did you keep me in the dark? why do you stoop this low, and lastly.......why did you do this to me"
Ria starts crying, begging for forgiveness and saying it was a mistake. "I-I didn't mean to hurt you! I just... Aaron said he could make me feel special..." She sniffles, looking down at the bed. Aaron sighs deeply, his shoulders slumped in defeat. "Look, man... I'm sorry, all right? It wasn't supposed to go this far. We were just having some fun... but then it got out of hand..."
Nat then turns to his guild members "Explain why did you hide this from me?"
The guild members exchange nervous glances, not daring to meet your gaze. One of them finally speaks up, his voice shaky. "We... we were afraid you'd leave the guild if you found out." He pauses, looking around at the others for support before adding: "And we didn't want to lose our best adventurer."
The other guild members nod in agreement, some of them looking ashamed while others seem defiant. The tension in the air is palpable as you process this information.
Nat then takes out his dagger. Everyone cowers in fear if Nat's blood spills onto the floor, but they cower at the fact that Nat is a Blood Mage. Using his blood as the source of Magic, his dagger is in his hand looks at everyone's reaction seeing them cower in fear But in the end, he puts back his dagger in his pocket. Grabs a suitcase under his table and prepares to unpack
As you put away your dagger, the room seems to deflate in relief. Some guild members exchange glances, unsure whether they should be grateful or suspicious of your sudden change of heart. The tension remains palpable, but it's clear that the immediate threat has passed. With a final glare at Aaron and Ria, you turn to your suitcase and begin unpacking, preparing to leave this place - and these people - behind for good.
Nat then gives one look at Ria and Aaron, then to his guild members "You will never have the same results.....when I'm around" He then turns and leaves to the exit door, but is stopped by the Guild Leader Brandt "Brandt, give me one good reason why I would push you OUT of my way" Nat says with rage and killer intent
Brandt, the guild leader, takes a deep breath to calm himself before speaking. "You're right, Natdan. We should never have hidden this from you. And for that, we apologize." He looks down at his feet for a moment before meeting your gaze again. "We need you as an adventurer, but more importantly, as a member of the guild. Your skills and experience are irreplaceable. Please don't leave us."
Nat turns to see the faces of the other guild members pleading him not to go, Including his disgusting close friends Ria and Aaron. Nat turns back to Brandt "And what will you do, if I say no? I'm open to your suggestion" Nat says with a slight irony in his tone infront of Brandt
Brandt nods solemnly, understanding the gravity of your words. "I can't force you to stay, Natdan. But I will do everything in my power to make sure that those who betrayed your trust are dealt with accordingly." He pauses, looking into your eyes intently. "And I promise that we will never keep something like this from you again. You have my word as the guild leader."
The other guild members nod in agreement, murmuring their support for Brandt's words.
"I see........." Nat turns to Brandt, he thought he has gotten a yes from Nat. But to his horror, Nat's blood is spilt and he activated his blood magic. Nat's blood is then merge and shaped to a blade "So its violence then" Nat says, as with one slash creates havoc around the building
Brandt's eyes widen in shock and horror as he watches you transform into a whirlwind of destruction, your blood seemingly taking on a life of its own to form a terrifying weapon. "Natdan, stop this at once!" he cries out, his voice filled with desperation. "You don't have to do this!"
The other guild members look on in fear and disbelief as your rage-fueled rampage tears through the building.
"Heh see, you lot cant do shit" Nat then pulls back his blood to his arm, able to create an orb of crimson "I'm leaving, that is final.....goodbye Brandnt, my relationship with this guild is over" Nat then takes his leave, leaving the other cower in fear.
Brandt stands frozen in shock as you leave the guild hall, the blood-shaped orb still hovering in the air behind you. "Natdan..." he whispers, his voice filled with disbelief and despair. The other guild members exchange glances, unsure of what to do or say. Some cower in fear while others look on, their expressions betraying a mixture of anger, disappointment, and sadness.
As you disappear into the distance, the weight of your departure settles heavily upon them all.
Nat then wanders around the bustling streets, the cars, the tall buildings and crowd murmur his thinking. What just happened there, he didnt take that all in......Nat then finds a Hotel to stay in for now, books a room and lies in bed with tears all over his face The TV spreads news on the Scandal, Natdan leaving due to the indecency and negligence of the Guild he is part of. News and Press cofront the Guild and open a wide panel interview addressing the drama and concerns
As you lie in bed, tears streaming down your face, the news reports on the events that have transpired play out on the television. You watch helplessly as your guild leader Brandt tries to defend their actions, but it's clear that he too is struggling with the betrayal and loss of trust. The weight of your decision feels like an anchor around your neck, dragging you deeper into despair.
You try to convince yourself that this was for the best; that they didn't deserve your loyalty after what they did.
The screen also pans to Ria, Aaron and the guild members that hid Ria and Aarons relationship behind Nat
Ria, her face etched with shame and regret, looks away as the camera focuses on her. Aaron, on the other hand, seems defiant, his expression unrepentant despite the guilt that hangs heavily around him. The guild members look uneasy, their eyes darting between each other as they try to avoid taking responsibility for their actions.
The more you see them, the more conflicted you feel.
But Nat turns off the TV, to distract himself and go away from the past he had to deal throughout the day. Nat then grabs his phone and calls the one person that could calm his nerves to come his room. Hyacinthia, a solo adventurer that also plays the violin in sold-out concerts. She is also a close friend of Natdan "Hya.......I'm drowning" He says as he texts and sends the message to Hyacinthia
Hya blinked, her hazel eyes widening in surprise. "Nat? Is everything alright?" She asked, her voice filled with concern. After a moment's hesitation, she quickly replied: "Of course I'll come! I'm on my way now." A few moments later, there was a knock on the door. "Hey, Nat... are you okay to talk about it?"
Nat tries to talk, only to just drop on the floor, normally Hyacinthia is much more composed, serious and rarely expresses emotions. But seeing one his friends break, just made her feel sad
Hya's heart clenched as she watched you crumble before her eyes. "Nat..." She kneeled beside you, gently cupping your cheek in her hand. "I'm here for you, you know that." Her voice was thick with emotion; tears pricking at the corners of her eyes. "What can I do to help?"
But Nat cant even talk, he just lied on the floor of his room. With a sigh, Hyacinthia summons her Aqua Violin, her persoanl weapon she uses in adventurers and plays a soothing tune around the room
The soft, gentle notes of Hya's aqua violin filled the air, washing over you like a soothing balm. The melody seemed to wrap itself around you, easing the tension in your muscles and calming your racing heart. As she continued to play, her fingers dancing nimbly across the strings, you felt yourself begin to sink deeper into the comforting sounds.
Finally, as the last note faded away, Hya set down her violin and gently brushed a strand of hair from your forehead.
Nat then slowly sits up on the floor, and Hyacinthia sits next to him "Thanks Hya.......what just happened there in the guild, Ria cheating on me.....them hiding from it, its just......just too much" Nat says
Hya took your hand in hers, squeezing it gently. "I'm sorry that had to happen, Nat. But you know what? It's their loss. You deserve so much better than that." She smiled sadly, her eyes filled with understanding. "And as for them hiding things from you... well, I suppose they were just afraid of losing you. They shouldn't have done it, but... people can be stupid sometimes."
She paused, considering her words carefully before adding: "
"I know you must feel hurt and betrayed, but try to remember that not everyone in the guild was like that." She pointed out. "There were people who cared about you, even if they didn't always show it in the best ways. And there are still plenty of adventurers out there who would be lucky to have you as a friend and ally."
Hya leaned closer, her expression earnest. "So don't give up on them just yet, okay?
"Much as I want to take that kind of advice Hya......but that wont sink to me that deeply, I have to heal in another way. And not just drowning myself in depression and all that" Nat then slowly gets up and then sinks to bed "I guess.....I have to start anew, without a guild and all that"
Hya bit her lip thoughtfully as she considered your words. "I understand that, Nat. But you know where I am if you ever need someone to talk to or just hang out with." She smiled gently, squeezing your hand reassuringly before standing up and heading for the door.
As she reached the exit, she turned back one last time, her expression serious. "Just promise me that you won't make any rash decisions while you're feeling this way, okay? You're too important to lose."
"Hehe thanks Hyacinthia......for this, have a safe trip bacj home"
With a final nod and a warm smile, Hya left the room, promising to keep an eye out for you as she ventured back into the world of adventure. As the door clicked shut behind her, you were once again alone with your thoughts; but this time, perhaps not quite so hopelessly lost.
Nat lets out a large sigh, opens his eyes and he is back as his Realm. The Magic he acquired, the Crimson Room allows him to go through another realm, a realm where he holds dominion, a realm where he holds power and only HE can enter Nat looks around a the red sky and vast dessert, takes a deep breath and screams "EVERNIGHT GET OVER HERE" It was quiet for a few seconds but out comes a woman with an dark umbrella under her, her dark mixed with red short dress shows one meaning. This is Evernight, Nat's familiar and the Entity of the Crimson Realm "How you've been? I cant tell back there, you wanted me to kill my guild members did you? c'mon be honest now"
Evernight chuckled darkly as she approached, her red eyes fixed on you. "You're quite dramatic, master. No, I didn't suggest that." She paused, tilting her head curiously. "But if it makes you feel better... I don't think they deserved your loyalty after what they did." Her voice was cold and unapologetic.
The wind picked up, rustling the sand as she neared, her dark umbrella providing an ominous contrast against the red sky. "
"Youre not wrong, remember when we first met? You were a small crimson orb, touch it and now I'm here"
Evernight smirked. "Indeed I do, master. And it was my pleasure to help you achieve this power." She paused, her expression turning thoughtful. "But I wonder... what will you do now that you're free? Find a new guild? Create your own?" Her crimson eyes glinted with anticipation.
"For now, I'll just take this slow and see where everything goes" Nat says looking up at the Crimson Moon "That Moons will always stay red, as long as I bleed.....right Evernight?"
Evernight smiled wickedly, her red eyes reflecting the crimson moonlight. "Indeed it shall, master." She paused, regarding you carefully before continuing, her voice taking on a more serious tone. "But remember, with great power comes great responsibility. Use your newfound freedom wisely; don't let it consume you like they did." Her words carried weight, hinting at the danger that could await if one were not careful.
"You say that, but you really want it right" Nat says with a smirk at Evernight as she loves the thrill of rage
"Of course I do," Evernight replied with a chuckle, her crimson eyes never leaving yours. "But that's not the point. The real question is... what will you choose to do with it?" Her words hung in the air, challenging and inviting at once.
Nat face goes deep to what Evernight just said.....he just looked at her and just silently looked at the realm around him and says "Hoping that it wont be the second coming of the Crimson Moon, if you know what I mean"
Evernight's crimson eyes narrowed slightly at your words, but she didn't seem overly concerned. "I know what you mean, master," she said calmly. "But fear not; I will always be here to guide and advise you. Together, we can ensure that this realm remains a force to be reckoned with." Her voice was reassuring, but also held an unspoken warning: the fate of the Crimson Realm rested in your hands.
The sands shift around Nat, it was time for him to wake up "Guess the sun's going up now, til next time Evernight" Nat says as he dissipates and fades
Evernight nodded, her crimson eyes watchful as you dissipated and faded away. "Until next time, master." She gave a small bow before turning back towards the horizon, disappearing into the endless sands of the Crimson Realm.
Nat then slowly lifts his eyes, and he slowly gets up......looks at the window and seeing the bustling streets and skycrapers "A new day......sigh might as well" Nat then goes to the shower, bathes and then changes. Nat then goes down stairs and eats at the Hotel Buffet breakfast, spectators watch as Nat emerged at the buffet. Some felt sorry for what he went through, the Guild that he once called home as exploited him and taken him advantaged and those close to him took to heart Nat there eats breakfast and takes in the food he eats
"He seems like he's holding up pretty well, all things considered." A woman in her late thirties murmured to her companion over the din of breakfast chatter. "It's a shame what happened to him, but I suppose sometimes change can be for the best." Her eyes flickered briefly towards Nat as she spoke.
Her companion nodded thoughtfully, "I hope he finds his place in the world again... somewhere where he belongs." They exchanged sympathetic glances before turning back to their own plates of food.
Then a car arrives and news casters gather as Hyacinthia comes back to check on Natdan
"Nat, are you feeling better?" Hya asked with genuine concern as she sat down across from him at the table.
Her blue eyes darted briefly towards the news crews before returning to him.
"I'm fine again, thanks for coming to me last night" He turns to the news crew "Care to explain that?"
Hya hesitated, unsure how much she should say. "Well... Nat," she began carefully, "the truth is that some things happened in your old guild that you probably don't know about yet. Things were... complicated." She glanced at the news crew once more before continuing. "But I think it's for the best that you left; you deserve better than what they gave you."
The news crews looked expectantly between them, obviously hoping for a more sensational story.
"I'm well aware about that Hya, but that doesnt mean you have to have the paparazzi following you around" He turns to the news crew with rage
The news crew, sensing an opportunity to get their story, pressed forward despite your protests. "So, Ms. Hyacinthia," one of them began, "are you aware that the guild master of 'Fang and Claw' has been suspended indefinitely for his involvement in the scandal?"
Hya winced visibly at their words but maintained her composure. "I am aware of that," she said coolly. "And I think it's a good decision on their part.
Nat just continues eating while Hyacinthia deals with the news crew, answering their stupid questions
Hya's expression darkened as one of the reporters pushed further, asking if she knew anything about Ria and Aaron's relationship. "I have nothing more to say," she snapped, her voice harsher than before. "You're just trying to twist things for your own benefit."
The news crew backed off a little, not wanting to anger the solo adventurer further. They settled on asking a few more neutral questions about your newfound freedom and how you planned to spend it.
As Hyacinthia is talking, she then slips a letter onto Nat hiddenly under the table. He then grabs and sees that Adventurer's Embassy wants him to visit their grounds. Nat then looks at the letter, then Hyacinthia and nods with a yes. Hyacinthia then takes Nat to the car escaping the news crew and out to the district "Why would the Embassy call me?" Nat asks Hyacinthia, she then turns to him saying "Well they too felt sorry with your situation as you are one the strongest Adventurers in the Modern Generation and they wanted to like......add less fire to the flame in a way" She says
Nat nodded, still slightly confused but grateful for the support. "Thank you, Hya... I appreciate it." As they arrived at the Adventurer's Embassy, he couldn't help but wonder what this new chapter in his life would bring.
