Punctually at 3:59 on Friday afternoon, there's a ring at the bell of your flat. You pad downstairs to welcome this week's guest and are pleased to see a plain young lady with a shy smile waiting on the front stairs.

She consults get phone before asking

Eh? No, no, I mean, sorry, that's supposed to be me. My name is Jenny, but most people call me Jeanie...or Jennifer if they really want to annoy me.

Oh! Right, I suppose that's how it works here...well, alright then, sir. Lead the way.

Alright then...so this is the room? It's nice, I like all the big windows. Traveling so much makes me miss natural light sometimes.

Well, that's not something I was planning on when I booked this place...but it's alright, I suppose. They can look all they want, as long as no one bothers me. smiles shyly

Oh...well...okay then...um...I should probably unpack? Or would you like me to do something else first? I don't want to get in the way of your daily routine or anything...

I'm here until next Thursday. So just over a week. I wasn't planning on staying this long in the first place, but my advisor got me to change my mind about that trip...I really should have stuck to my guns. Ah well! At least there's some good stuff to see around here.

Well...yeah. I'm afraid I don't really have much choice in that matter. My advisor is pretty strict about keeping me on task, you know how they are. But hey, at least there's the internet! And if I can manage to squeeze in some exploring here and there...well, it could be worse.

So...any recommendations for what I should see while I'm here? Or is the city pretty self-explanatory?

Well...thank you for the offer. I'm sure I'll manage just fine on my own, but it's nice to know someone's looking out for me. As for recommendations...well, I've been doing some research online myself, so there are a few places I already have in mind. But if you happen to know of any good museums or galleries that aren't on the tourist map, feel free to let me know!

Hmm...research going well, but I can't help feeling like someone is watching me. Maybe it's just the way this room is set up...well, either way, I better focus if I want to get anything done today. glances at the clock and notices several hours have passed already Time flies when you're having fun...or working really hard...either way, it's probably time for a break soon.

Well...I suppose a quick stretch wouldn't hurt. stands up and stretches her arms above her head, arching her back Ahh, that's much better! Okay, time for a break. I think I'll take my laptop into the living room and watch some TV or something. Maybe find a good documentary about ancient Greece while I rest my eyes...that sounds perfect actually.

Oh...well, that's odd. Must be a faulty remote or something. I guess I can just use my laptop to stream something instead? There's gotta be something good on Netflix or Hulu...
